These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SentryLogix Intelligence platform, services, and website (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Scope
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. These Terms apply to all users, including government agencies, private companies, and institutional clients.
2. Account Registration
To access certain Services, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You may not:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform
- Introduce viruses or other harmful code
- Share login access outside of your organization or authorized team
4. Data Ownership & Rights
All user-generated data, uploads, and custom inputs remain your property.
By using the Services, you grant SentryLogix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and analyze your data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the Services.
SentryLogix retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its software, algorithms, content, and intellectual property.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, system usage, and datasets. Unless required by law, SentryLogix will not disclose your data to third parties without your express consent.
6. Service Availability & Uptime
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur. Where possible, clients will be notified in advance of planned outages.
7. Trial Accounts
SentryLogix may offer time-limited trial accounts at its sole discretion. Trial accounts are provided “as is” without warranties and may include feature limitations or data restrictions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate trial accounts at any time without notice. At the conclusion of the trial period, continued access to the Services requires upgrading to a paid plan. Any data entered during the trial may be deleted if not upgraded within 30 days of trial expiration.
8. Fees and Payment
Use of paid Services requires timely payment in accordance with your selected plan or contract. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. SentryLogix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or abuse of the platform. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and we will delete or return your data per our retention policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentryLogix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or system failure, arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SentryLogix, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
13. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
